At VERTEX LINK CORPORATE SERVICES PROVIDER L.L.C, we are committed to delivering high-quality corporate services and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services—many of which involve third-party government departments, regulatory authorities, and non-refundable processing fees—our refund policy is as follows:

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Government fees (e.g., license fees, immigration fees, visa charges, municipality approvals)
Third-party charges (e.g., notary, translation, attestation, medical typing, Emirates ID)
Services already initiated, submitted, or completed
Failure to provide required documents or information by the client
Delays or rejections caused by inaccurate client information or legal history (e.g., AECB report, blacklist status)

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a partial refund under the following conditions:
The service request is cancelled in writing before any application has been submitted to government departments.
There is a clear error on our part that results in failure to initiate the service.
No work has been undertaken, and the request for refund is made within 3 business days of payment.

Policy Updates

VERTEX LINK CORPORATE SERVICES PROVIDER L.L.C reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. All changes will be reflected on our website.

Cancellation Policy

If a client decides to cancel a service after initiation, no refund shall be processed. Clients are responsible for reviewing the scope of services and terms before proceeding with payment.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:
The client will be notified by email.
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days.
The amount will be refunded through the original mode of payment or bank transfer, depending on the circumstances.
